Creator-Destructor Showcase – March 2nd in Oakland, CA

We are super excited to announce a very special Oakland show for all of you in the Bay Area that enjoy extreme Heavy Metal! On Thursday, March 2nd, we will be showcasing four Creator-Destructor bands at The Golden Bull! SPINEBREAKER, WILDERNESS DREAM, MOHICANS, and GLACIER EATER will all be performing and destroying souls for just $8 only.
SPINEBREAKER continues to decimate every crowd in support of their debut LP, “Ice Grave”, released in early January of 2016. The band crushed the West Coast with HIEROPHANT last year, and have played numerous dates in the greater Bay Area since. In the words of Metalunderground.com, SPINEBREAKER provides “a soundtrack of raw, sonic death-metal annihilation in a world of human filth, greed, and corruption”.
As WILDERNESS DREAM gears up to record their 2nd EP, the band has spent the past year and a half tightening their strings and upping the levels of darkness/terror within their blend of blackened thrash metal. The band has opened for the likes of Belphegor, The Black Dahlia Murder, Katakalysm, and many more in support of their debut Self-Titled 12″ EP which was released in late 2015.
MOHICANS have been making a name for themselves in Northern California with their unique blend of mid-tempo drop-tuned sheer heaviness, and spaced out/desert-influenced vibes. Their latest offering came in the form of a 3-song digital EP entitled “Bombay”, which destroys harder than ever. You won’t to miss this sonic annihilation.
GLACIER EATER feature members of Light This City and Sworn Vengeance, focusing on an intricate, concept-driven thrash-metal/power-metal hybrid that rips faces off skulls. They’ll be opening the night with their undeniable thirst for melody, speed, and pure fire.
